How long does the design process take?

Timelines vary by package:

  • Design Concept – 3 business days

  • Listing Design – 1 week

  • Listing + EBC Standard – 2 weeks

  • Premium Package – 3 weeks

We start once we receive all your product info and direction. Quick feedback helps us stay on schedule.

What do I need to provide for the design?

We need:
Product photos (high-quality images & dimensions)
Competitor examples (if available)
Your preferences (branding, style, color schemes)

How many revisions do I get?

Each package includes a set number of revision rounds — these include all edits to layout, style, and composition:

  • Design Concept: 3 total rounds

  • Listing Design: 3 total rounds

  • Listing + EBC Standard: 5 total rounds

  • Premium Package: Unlimited revisions within 21 days

Need more? Additional rounds are available for $50 each.

Do I get the source files?

Yes! You receive ready-to-use PNG files plus editable PSD & AI files for future modifications.

How does the hero image testing work?

We design 3 different versions of your main (hero) image and run a real-world preference test to see which one performs best. This test is conducted among a general audience to understand what grabs attention and drives clicks.

You’ll receive the results along with our recommendation on the strongest option — based on real user feedback, not guesswork.

Note: This test compares our own designs, not against competitors, to keep it fast, focused, and cost-effective.

Can I get more edits than what's included in my package?

Yes, absolutely! If you'd like to make more changes after using your included revision rounds, you can purchase additional revision rounds for $50 each.
We’ll make sure everything stays clear and transparent.
