By submitting this form and purchasing our listing design service, you agree to the following terms:
1. Service Description
We provide custom listing design services for platforms like Amazon, Etsy, and others. This includes (but is not limited to):
Product image design
Infographics
A+ Content (if applicable)
Brand Story
3D Rendering
Optimization of visual presentation
Exact deliverables will depend on the selected package and the information you provide in the form.
2. Client Responsibilities
To receive high-quality results, you agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information via the form
Upload relevant product images, branding assets, and references
Respond to communication in a timely manner during the project
Delays in response may extend the delivery timeline.
3. Turnaround Time
Standard delivery time is 2–21 business days(the terms depend on the selected package) after all materials are received and confirmed.
Rush delivery is available for an additional fee (if offered).
4. Revisions
Each order includes 3 free revision rounds.
Additional revisions may incur extra fees.
Revisions must be requested within 3 days after delivery.
5. Payments
Full payment is required upfront before any work begins.
Payments are processed securely via Stripe.
All prices are in USD.
6. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital design work, no refunds are provided after the project has started.
If you cancel before we begin, you may request a full refund.
If you're unhappy with the result, we’ll do our best to make reasonable adjustments during the included revision rounds.
7. Usage Rights
You receive full commercial rights to the final delivered designs.
We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio (unless you request otherwise in advance).
8. Communication
All communication will be done via email or the contact method you provided in the form.
Please ensure your email address is correct and regularly monitored.
9. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for:
The performance of your listing (e.g. sales or rankings)
Platform policy changes or rejections
Errors due to incomplete or incorrect information provided by you
